Suddenly out of blues it stopped cooling on 4th day and everything that i stored in the freezer started melting. Defrost was not done. Nothing was touched. No settings were changed. I'm very disappointed with Amazon's choice. I repent for not going to a proper outlet and getting a refrigerator. I recommend anybody to do that if you are buying huge electronics like fridge, washing machine or AC. I have filed for technical support from Amazon. Hopefully, I'll get some assistance and my issue gets solved soon. Waiting for that.
