Easy access button for SoS and torch light. Keypad is big. Flap is good. There is also a charging port cum stand, which makes it very attractive and useful.

- - This phone named "easyphone" is not at all easy to setup and use even for experienced user, leave aside the inexperienced senior citizens for whom it has been designed.
- - Challenges start from opening back of the phone to insert sim and sd card. No separate groove or push lock provided to open. On one corner of the back cover very small almost invisible gap is there. Then try with nails, screwdriver or a knife.
- - The phone has sd memory card slot supporting upto 32 GB. I used an 8GB sd card with some photos to be used for setting photo dialling and few mp3 files. But had to try several times to connect it. Their customer support team is available during the specified timing but they are not able to understand what you tell. So keep trying yourself or write a detailed email and wait for the response.
- - There is Bluetooth connectivity provided but the whole printed user manual doesn't mention a single word about it ! So I have not tried that.
- - An error message "Activation Failed" flashes intermittently but doesn't say what failed.
- - The photo to be used for creating photo contacts must not be larger than 15 kb. But
